Dam Removal Europe and DG Environment invite you to join for the Lunch-time meeting: Dam Removal, a viable solution to regenerate European rivers on the 25th April, 2019 from 12:30 to 14:00 hours.
During the meeting guest-speakers from Estonia and France will highlight some of the biggest dam removal projects in European history.
We will also highlight the drivers behind these dam removal projects in Europe and talk about economic and cultural implications too. If you are working on river restoration, water framework directive, fisheries, hydropower or nature policies then this meeting will be of interest for you. There is room for 50 persons.
